1 Law Reform Programme

As a Key Custodian of the process under which the Family Protection Act was created , CFC will participate in implementing the provisions of the Family Protection Act 2013

 

(1)Collaborate with key stakeholders and institutions of government to bring about appropriate policy and legislative reform.

 

(3) Develop and implement programmes and advocate action to bring about desired change in values and behaviour within individuals, community, organisations and at the national level.

2 Countrywide FPA Awareness Programme

CFC will further seek to drive awareness of the Family Protection Act in  targeted geographical areas and in targeted sectors

To promote an active and nationwide coalition of corporate organisations to support the ongoing work of CFC PNG and guide its governance standards

5 Resource Centre

To support partners to establish a resource centre which will conduct research and promote and disseminate information on human rights, with special focus on women and children.

 

 

To develop partnerships with like organisations to promote the elimination of violence against women and support initiatives in other areas of women’s’ empowerment.
